Solar-powered homes are defining a new standard in Scottsdale. Modus Development is offering the green energy system to home buyers at the company's newest offerings at Oak & Scottsdale roads in Scottsdale. The developer is teaming up with Salt River Project to provide the systems for the innovative homes, officially certified as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) buildings.
