Horrifying Standoff Grips Scottsdale Neighborhood for 7 Hours

A horrific scene unfolded early Sunday morning near the corner of Pima and Chaparral roads as Scot Brannon, a 33-year old man, drove his truck into his ex-girlfriend's house. A standoff ensued with the criminal hiding in the attic and Scottsdale police eventually combined tear gas with a police K9 unit to bring down Brannon. Investigators believe that Brannon "may" have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the incident. Nah, ya think?

You really don't have the right to say he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol unles you have hardcore proof. Get your facts straight before you ruin someones life with lies. Haven't you ever heard of people making mistakes?

anonymous,

I don't think my blog post ruined Brannon's life. He seems to be doing a fine job of that on his own.

And, if we wasn't under the influence when he drove his truck into a house and started a police standoff, then WTF was he doing?
