Scottsdale Familes Need Your Help

Here is a great way to help Scottsdale families in need during the holidays:
Vista del Camino, Scottsdale's social services center, needs donations to meet its goal of providing more than 450 food boxes to needy Scottsdale families this Thanksgiving. Residents and businesses are welcome to contribute to this effort by donating cash, turkeys or other food items such as dressing, potatoes, vegetables, canned fruit, rolls and pies. The center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located at 7700 E. Roosevelt Street (map). Donations are also needed for Vista del Camino's Adopt-a-Family program, which provides new children's clothing and toys and department store gift certificates for families in needy during the December holidays. For more information on adopting a family or making a contribution to these programs, call (480) 312-2323.
